Teams registered with “advance payment” that inform that they will not participate in the tournament before the expiration of the term of the “advance payment” will receive a refund of their total payment.
Teams, extra assistants and registered companions, who for any reason do not participate in the championship, will have the right to receive a refund of 50% of the registration payment, if they report their non-appearance, before the closing of the advance payment.
The withdrawal or non-appearance reported after that date will not merit the return of any sum.
