Malaga, 2/7/22.
The H.D.B.C. gathers to decide about the not attendance of the GRB B team to the semi final game of the category F35.
According to the article 59 “Shall be considered as not-attendance and shall be applied the penalty of loss of point when a team doesn’t show at the time scheduled.” And the Article 60 says that “In the case of the Article 59, it shall be applied a fine of the amount of US$ 200 (Two Hundred US Dollars) and the sanction of suspension for one game to the captain of the last game.”
Therefore this H.D.B.C. decides that GBR B team has to pay the amount of US$ 200 (Two Hundred US Dollars) and the Captain of the last game, played against Estonia 35, on 30 of June, Lisa Roberts, won’t be able to play the game against Germany for the Bronce medal.

The H.D.B.C. gathers to decide about a disqualification of a player in the game between ESP B and HUN, in the Category M50, on the date June 30, at 17:00 hs, in the court Javier Imbroda 1, regarding to the player Number #15 of the HUN team, Mr. Zoltan Varszegi.
According to the FIMBA rules, he will get one suspension game, that could be redempted by fine.

According to the FIMBA rules, he will get one suspension game, that could be redempted by fine.

Malaga 29/6/22.
The H.D.B.C. gathers to decide about the complaint presented by Louisa Smalley, Team Delegate of GB Maxibasketball Women 50+, regarding to the player Number #12, of the RKL Lithuania F50+ team.
According to the facts presented by the complainant and the investigation made by the H.D.B.C., this H.D.B.C. found out that the player number #12 is not RAMINTA SIDLAUSKIENE, but a different player that is under age for that category.
Therefore this H.D.B.C. decides that every game played until now by the team RKL Lithuania F50+ will be considered as if they lost the match and the player number #12 of the Lithuanian team will be ejected from the tournament.
On the other hand the case will be sent to the Honorable Disciplinary Board of FIMBA to decide about the situation of the player, the delegate, the team and the national representative of Lithuania.

The H.D.B.C. gathers to decide about the report presented by a referee at the game between ITA A and GBR A, in the Category M45, on the date June 27, at 14:00 hs, in the court El Higuerón 1, regarding to the player Number #25 of the GBR team, Mr. Christian Hill.
According to the facts presented by the referee, this H.D.B.C. decides to give a warning to the player.
This warning means that if a new report is presented regarding to this player this H.D.B.C. will take stronger measurements.

The H.D.B.C. gathers to decide about the rescheduling of the game between ITALY A and United Kingdom A, in the Category M45, that was supposed to be played on June 26, at 17:00 hs., in the court Cártama 2, and was not played because the team of ITA A didn’t arrive on time to the stadium.
According to the facts presented to this H.D.B.C., the team of ITA A did not arrive on time because the Official Transportation Company of the event, that was supposed to pick them up at 15, pick them up at 17:00.
Consequently, because the problem was not a responsibility of the team, this HDBC decides to make the game in the Higuerón 1, on June 27, at 14:00.
